At Ibex Trailers, we work hard to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Because trailers are large, titled assets and many units are custom-built or special-ordered, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail products.

1. Trailer Purchases

​

All trailer sales are generally final once the purchase is completed and ownership has been transferred. We encourage all customers to inspect trailers carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Deposits

​

Deposits placed on trailers may be non-refundable, especially for:

• Custom-built trailers

• Special-order units

• Trailers already in production or transit

• ​

Refund eligibility for deposits will be discussed at the time of order and noted on the buyer’s invoice or agreement.

3. Custom Orders

​

Custom or built-to-order trailers are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. This includes trailers with special colors, dimensions, or upgraded components requested by the customer.

4. Delivery Fees

​

Delivery or transport fees, if paid, are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled or completed.

5. Manufacturer Warranties

​

Most trailers include a manufacturer’s warranty covering certain components or structural elements. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s policies. Ibex Trailers will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer but does not control warranty approval decisions.

6. Defective or Misrepresented Units

​

If a trailer is found to have a significant defect or a material misrepresentation at the time of pickup, customers should notify Ibex Trailers immediately. We will review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution, which may include repair or manufacturer warranty support.

7. Cancellations Before Pickup

​

If a customer cancels a purchase before pickup or title transfer, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Administrative or restocking fees may apply.
